Many of our clients want to take large groups of people away from the work environment for an event that builds and reinforces positive team dynamics.
We have a highly flexible approach that can be tailored to deliver something that is challenging whilst fun and relaxing at the same time. Typically clients want a provider who will “take the strain” of organising a one day event, based on a range of competitive outdoor activities. We do this.
Middle Aston House provides an ideal environment for this type of activity. We have a wide variety of activities, including a purpose-built High Ropes facility, that can be combined to provide a competitive element to the day which adds to the enjoyment. We have experience of all aspects and can make suggestions as to what does and doesn’t work.
Many of our clients find it beneficial to conclude the day with some form of “celebration” or “awards” and once again we are very flexible in what we are able to do.
