Directions to Middle Aston House

By Road:

From the North

  • Exit M40 at Junction 10.
  • Turn right onto B430 and continue for approx 2 miles towards Middleton Stoney.
  • After approx 2 miles take a right turn towards Upper Heyford until you reach a T-Junction. Turn right at the T-junction.
  • This road will take you through the old Upper Heyford Air Base. Continue straight through the base and out the other side (approximately 1 mile) until you reach another T-junction. Turn left towards Lower Heyford.
  • Continue through Lower Heyford, over a railway bridge and onto the traffic lights on the river bridge.
  • After the river bridge turn immediately right towards Steeple Aston.
  • Once in SteepleAston, turn right at the Post Office towards Middle Aston.
  • Continue out of Steeple Aston past the school on the left and straight on for approx 1 mile. Middle Aston House is on your left.

From the South

  • Exit M40 at Junction 9.
  • Turn right onto A41 towards Bicester. Continue straight over two roundabouts (Tesco is on your right).
  • At the next mini roundabout turn left onto B4030 towards Middleton Stoney.
  • At Middleton Stoney go straight over at the traffic lights signposted Lower Heyford and Enstone. Continue along this road for approx 4 miles until you reach a T-junction (NB this is not shown as a T-junction on road maps.)
  • At the T-junction turn left towards Lower Heyford. Continue through Lower
    Heyford, over a railway bridge and onto the traffic lights on the river bridge.
  • After the river bridge turn immediately right towards Steeple Aston.
  • Once in Steeple Aston, turn right at the Post Office towards Middle Aston.
  • Continue out of Steeple Aston past the school on the left and straight on for approx 1 mile. Middle Aston House is on your left.

By Train:

The nearest train station is Bicester North. Please call our Reception, who will be happy to arrange for a taxi to meet you at the station and advise of the price.


By Air:

The nearest airport is Birmingham, followed by Heathrow, Gatwick and then Luton
