Nick Osborne - Chef
One of our 3 chefs, Nick started his career in the Royal Air Force and thereafter worked for an in-flight catering company where he was involved in creating menus for VIP Travellers. The Queen, John Major and many MP’s have all experienced his gourmet talents.
Kate Walton - Front of House
Kate has been with us for four years. Always on the go- Kate is a vital part of the front of house team- a consumate multitasker who is always on hand to help ensure that our clients receive personable and professional service.
