For the last 30 years Middle Aston Leadership Centre has been delivering the ultimate fun, diverse, and results driven team building with some of the UK's top organisations from both the public and private sectors.

Within our 20 acres of stunning parkland there are over 100 outdoor activities to chose from which, when combined with our classroom based learning, ensures that we can create a tailored programme that provides exactly the right challenges for your team to maximise your return on investment.

Just some of our on-site outdoor activities include high ropes, low ropes, jacobs ladder and raft races. Or if you fancy something totally different we can create novel challenges from igloo building, geese herding to hostage taking. Details of more of our activities are available.

Our Approach

Our approach to team building is experiential. Teams undertake activities that are designed to test their ability to work together effectively. These activities are unrelated to their usual work, because we are trying to gain insight into the dynamics of the team not its competence. We will:

  • Carry out an initial analysis of the current team situation
  • Design a programme to meet the specific needs of the team
  • Undertake full facilitation of the programme
  • Follow up to the event to ensure the desired outcomes were achieved
